Die poetische Werkstatt Rose Ausländers in einer Medialen Textwerkstatt Deutsch

The Poetry Of Rose Ausländer In A Digitally Based Workshop For German Instruction

  • The literary assets of the German-Jewish poet Rose Ausländer, more exactly: the present versions of poems, which prove her lyrical arrangements und make it evident, created the idea of a poetic workshop. The digital based workshop for German introduction is a metaphor for model learning and teaching arrangements as a didactic concept for lessons in literature. For the subject field German the object ›text‹ will be shaped with the help of ›media‹ based on a ›workshop-concept‹. Manual work was in focus both concerning poetic action in the course of writing and reflecting on it and concerning introductional actions as a principle of teaching techniques and media. It was also the research project that finished temporarily. The analysis of different text versions - even with ›unfinished‹ material from a poetic workshop - could be more efficient for learners than a discussion of the last (published) version. The didactic-technical preparation of the object became more important. The abundance of material, the differing primary and secondary texts, visual and auditive documents, textversions etc. increased the suggestion of a digital based learning arrangement as a suitable media. It is necessary to discuss the technical possibilities by didactical field experts, to screen consisting media and to supplement them by new and modified demands of what an arrangement based on (multi)media should include. Teaching and Learning must be purposeful even it becomes computer based. The enthusiasm for the technical possibilities does not justify the use of media it-self. ›Everything is possible so do anything‹ mustn't become a future principle. Teaching and Learning should be seen (furthermore) as an reciprocal (interactive) process. This process is an event of visible and non-visible actions. It's still necessary to recommend a complete introduction-concept that means orientated on learners completely. An arrangement should support ways to the purpose (the ›interaction‹). Although the offer is rich it should be still justified didactically and that means it must contain ›fundamentals‹ and ›essentials‹ (Klafki), so that the transfer of learning effects could be possible. The intended integration of ›new media‹ into the teaching and learning process demands a permanent examination of objects, themes and methods in German lessons. Where do the conventional media still work? Where does ›new media‹ improve/ deteriorate the situation? Where does the expense of digital based arrangements pay? Which new possibilities will arise from the introduction of teaching and learning software? ›New Media‹ as tools for the comveying of certain contents by literary objects could complete existing topics and methods. The teaching methodologists (German) aren't able to qualify ›new media‹ and represent all possible interests out of its own, it's necessary to refer to other disciplines. There were important influences on the didactical concept of the digitally based arrangements of word processing methods from media didactics (Kerres, 2001) focussing on practical teaching arrangements. The application of the didactical concept of a digitally based arrangement of German introduction (word processing methods) is called ›Didactic Design Process‹ (DDP). It means a didactic point of view on formal arrangements and functional structures (›form follows function‹) in a processive modelling act to create a teaching and learning arrangement. Right after the beginning and during the DDP the fact became evident that Soft-ware-Engineering has neither designed a useful method yet nor developed any software concerning our subject. During the DDP the ›Didactic Storyboard‹ (DSB) became the most important in-strument for describing the intended product. We could use it to overcome the gap in notation, communication and construction. Prospects for the future: The DDP will be continued until the digitally based arrangement for German introduction is implemented. Then it will be possible to evaluate the products in practice. During the DDP the instruments of develop-ment will be immanently used, evaluated and modified. The most essential in-strument is the DSB which will also be modified and implemented as a tool (this still happens within the context of bachelor and master exams). So it will be tested in various cases (different objects in the subject of German and in other subjects / disciplines). To obtain the intended high-quality product the implemented prototypes must be evaluated in practice (that will make a cooperation necessary between capable partners of business and educational research). The influences of media development have to be analysed for the German teaching methodology (Fachdidaktik Deutsch) itself
